Fermentation Celebration    This weekend in McMinnville!

What: Sandor Ellix Katz, author of Wild Fermentation and the Art of Fermentation, will speak about the wonders of fermentation.
When: 7pm, Friday, October 25th
Where: The Linfield Pioneer Reading Room
Cost: The event is free, but donations will be accepted.What: Fermentation Workshops
When: 10am-2pm, Saturday, October 26th
Where: First Baptist Church
Cost: Donations of $5-20 will be accepted

10am: Sourdough Bread with food scientist Jenn Fideler
11am: Sauerkraut with Home Grown Food Products
12-lunch on your own
1-Charcuterie with Michael Crabtree
